This event is in the past.
Brian Webb has been producing remarkably thoughtful and richly communicative design work for many years. The depth of his understanding of the synthesis of reading and seeing has resulted in hundreds of international design awards and top-level commissions.
His recent work includes the 10th anniversary Harry Potter cover re-designs for Bloomsbury and the 2012 Royal Mail Christmas stamps. His admiration for the extraordinary British designer/artists of the mid- and late 20th century (Ravilious, the Nashes, Bawden, plus David Gentleman and Peter Blake) has blossomed into the designing and joint writing of a major series of jaw-droppingly beautiful books.
Brian's talk offers us all a remarkable opportunity to see words and images through the eyes of one of the most articulate designers writing and working today.
This is a major coup for CAMPUS – come along, and bring your colleagues and friends!
